This policy explains what information Quest Academy (a branch of Quest Med Co.) collects through its website and app, why we collect it, and how we protect it. By using our services you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
Account details you give us (name, email, phone number, profile information), your enrollments, event and workshop registrations, course progress and certificates, messages you send through our contact form, and basic technical data (device, browser, pages visited) that helps us keep the platform working well.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by our payment partner Paymob. Your card details are entered on Paymob's secure payment page and are never stored on our servers. We only keep the order record (item, amount, date, and payment status).
How we use your information
To create and manage your account, deliver courses, workshops and events, issue and verify certificates, process payments and refunds, answer your questions, send service updates you ask for, and keep the platform secure. We do not sell your personal data.
Sharing your information
We share data only with the service providers we need to run Quest Academy — our payment processor (Paymob) and our secure hosting and database providers — and only for that purpose. We may also disclose information when required by Egyptian law or a competent authority.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, remember your language and theme, and protect your session. You can clear cookies from your browser settings, but some features may stop working.
Data security & retention
Your data is sent over encrypted (HTTPS) connections and protected by access controls. We keep account data while your account is active, and keep order records for as long as required for accounting and legal purposes.
Your rights
